What you should bring to class

Come with an empty stomach (no food two hours before class). Drink lots of water before class. Be prepared to work hard, sweat, and have fun.

Men usually wear a swim suit or jogging shorts. Women usually wear shorts or capris and a yoga/athletic top (really baggy clothes just get in your way). T-shirts optional.

Bring bottled water, a large towel (or two) and a yoga mat – all available for rent or purchase at the studio.

We have showers, so bring an extra towel.

New students must come 20 minutes early to register.
