| Come with
an empty stomach (no food two hours before
class). Drink lots of water before
class. Be prepared to work hard, sweat,
and have fun.
Men usually
wear a swim suit or jogging shorts. Women
usually wear shorts or capris and a yoga/athletic
top (really baggy clothes just get in
your way). T-shirts optional.
Bring bottled
water, a large towel (or two) and a yoga
mat - all available for rent or purchase
at the studio.
We
have showers, so bring an extra
towel.
New students
must come 20 minutes early to register.
